1-2 years experience working on Retell AI platform having implemented voice agents in production in a contact center environment. Should also have Agentic AI experience. Experience integrating retell with VOIP call center technologies like Vonage, Twilio is needed. 2 to 3 years experience working on AWS platform, integration experience with AWS services such as API gateway, webservices, lambda, python, cdk, eventbridge, bedrock is required.
