This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: Incumbent will serve as the Housing Division Chief and Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Manager for USAG Fort Riley, Directorate of Public Works, Housing Division, Fort Riley, KS.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Assisting in the development of housing management plans;
2) Providing oversight of contractor work;
3) Preparing specifications for complex maintenance and housing projects; AND
4) Creating long-range work plans to justify housing project support.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13)
