This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAE) Community Programs (N92) Branch, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Recreational Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services (N94); Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, at Joint Base Pearl Habor Hickam (JPHH), Honolulu, HI. The purpose of this position is to provide customer service to patrons as well as to perform a variety of duties in support of the MWR community recreation program; located at Kona Winds Complex.Requirements:

- A minimum of one year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience is required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operation.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.
- Ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and to resolve the problem or seek assistance if needed.
- Must walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Work is normally performed inside with adequate light, heat and fresh air.
- Applicants must be 21 years old or older.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and relationship with others.
- Must meet Federal employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
