Description:
This position has primary responsibility for the management and oversight of all space and facilities projects. Responsibility includes the planning, design, project management, technical review and financial management planning for all space and facility projects, and district-wide coordination of all building activities for the court unit including overseeing all aspects of emergency preparedness and continuity of operations planning.Requirements:
Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent plus have two years of specialized experience (progressively responsible experience closely related to the position) , OR- For CL-27 - Completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- For CL-28 - Completion of a master's degree or two years of graduate study (27 semester or 54 quarter hours) in an accredited university
