**Must be able to work on TEKsystems W2, NO C2C** Key Responsibilities: Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client's cloud environment Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams: Troubleshoot and resolve issues Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related Escalate platform issues to the engineering team Required Experience:
