Job Description Summary The Future of Flight Engine Performance Subsection Manager will lead the team responsible for aero-thermal performance modeling, development, and demonstration of next-generation commercial engine technologies supporting CFM RISE and other Future of Flight initiatives. In this role, you will provide both technical and people leadership, integrating engine performance activities across disciplines such as Aero, Heat Transfer, Operability, Controls, and Transient Analysis.
