job summary: The IT Support Analyst position is a full-time temporary position. This position will provide basic level support migrating voice communication services to a new VoIP platform. The work schedule will primarily be an 8-hour workday, starting between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Some limited evening and weekend work may be required.
