Requirements 8 or more years of experience in medical coding and healthcare insurance payor systems. Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding methodologies. Experience with Optum Encoder and medical claims processing software. Experience in medical review, program integrity, and healthcare appeals. Experience with Microsoft Office for clinical data reporting. Experience in collaborating with IT developers on technical system specifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
