Duties/Responsibilities: The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking an entry/mid-level Accountant/Auditor for the Internal Audit Team, willing to learn via on-the-job training. The Contractor shall perform duties as follows: Contractor(s) will develop a timely and flexible annual audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology, including any risks or control concerns identified by management and submit that plan as well as periodic updates to the Audit
