Role: FHIR/API Integration Engineer Location: Remote We are looking for a FHIR/API Integration Engineer to design and build healthcare interoperability solutions integrating with **Epic** and **Epic Payer Platform**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage FHIR APIs (R4 preferred). * Build integrations for Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Bulk Data, and Document Reference. * Integrate with **Epic** and **Epic Payer Platform**. * Manage API Gateway (routing, throttling, monitoring).
