This is a temporary position that is located in Mount Rainier National Park.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
  1. Ability to Do the Work of the position without More than Normal Supervision. (SCREEN OUT)
  2. Operation of motor vehicles.
  3. Work Practices (including keeping things neat, clean, and in order.)
  4. Ability to Interpret instructions, specifications, etc. (related to mobile equipment operation).
  5. Ability to Drive Safely (heavy equipment and motor vehicles).
  6. Ability to Operate Safety (non-motor vehicle).
  7. Reliability and Dependability as a Engineering Equipment Operator.
If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration- T his includes work such as operating one or more types of the following heavy engineering equipment: gasoline or diesel-powered heavy equipment, five cubic-yard dump trucks, road graders, and front-end loaders. Operating equipment to move and load material such as dirt, rocks and other material. Experience in operating vehicles with auxiliary attachments. Experience in trash truck operation. Ability to operate various types of equipment and trucks on congested roadways, in inclement weather and on steep and narrow roadways. You must possess a current Class A Commercial Driver's License by the closing date of this announcement.
