Specialized experience: To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level (NH-02) .
1) Advises management concerning the analytics and management of Army acquisition programs through cost, schedule and performance; 2) Utilizes technical knowledge of automated systems to execute funding requirements; 3) Analyzes data to develop solutions for budgetary issues; and 4) Communicates program funding status to identify areas needing emphasis and ensure costs and schedules are accurately planned and executed.
