Description:

Job Summary We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to end users experiencing issues with computer hardware, software, and communication systems. This role focuses on Level 1 incidents such as password resets, troubleshooting basic system access issues, and resolving common user-reported problems. More complex issues will be escalated to Level 2 support. A training period will be provided to ensure familiarity with internal systems and processes. K
