Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Apply analytical and evaluative methods to assess the effectiveness of Security Cooperation (SC) programs and ensure compliance with governing policies and procedures
- Develop and propose new or revised program guidance, regulations, and policies based on the analysis of program effectiveness and knowledge of SC legislation
- Plan and organize program reviews or special studies to resolve substantive issues affecting program execution
- Communicate complex program analysis, findings, and policy recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, both orally through briefings and in writing through reports
