This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.Requirements:
You may qualify at the NH-04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 3 of the 5 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:
- Addressing unique cybersecurity requirements for national security Space Platforms.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of cybersecurity protections employed on Space Platforms.
- Experience in Risk Management Framework techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying threats and vulnerabilities of computer system(s) and developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Implementing continuous improvement of the cyber risk posture of the system portfolio within budget, technical, and schedule constraints.
