Description:
You will serve as a Senior Program Analyst responsible for advanced research and development projects in support of Naval Intelligence activities in the NAVAL INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal Service or equivalent in the private or public workforce such as:1. Possesses and maintains project management and/or ocean engineering expertise, as well as experience with Naval Intelligence collection systems and/or maritime sensor technology;
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of projects and achieves the organization's objectives by recommending utilization of funding, manpower, or material resources;
3. Determine system performance requirements and conduct in-depth analysis and trade studies of proposals related to ocean engineering;
4. Evaluate and monitor cost, schedules, and technical feasibility of maritime sensor technology development projects and acquisitions;
5. Determine level of effort required to complete Naval intelligence collection system projects; and identifies risks and impact to schedule and cost;
6. Make decisions and commitments based on interpretation of regulations and guidelines.
