You will serve as an ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST in the Environmental Division code 106.3 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.Salary Ranges:
GS11: $77, 964 - $101,359
GS12: $93,445 - $121,482
Requirements:
For GS12:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing environmental programs (e.g., RCRA, non-RCRA, Used Oil, PCBs, Asbestos, industrial waste, etc.) by developing, implementing, and advising on program directives, standards or procedures to evaluate and ensure regulatory compliance.
For GS11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical guidance on all aspects of environmental protection requirements. Examples may include identifying and resolving environmental problems, applies various sampling methods and interprets laboratory results for treatment and disposal of waste, or preparing regulatory correspondence and/or written procedures/guidelines to implement environmental requirements.
