Requirements:
GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as defined below.Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the following types of duties: assisting attorneys in preparing for voluminous litigation support assignments (i.e., organizing case information, scanning and indexing documents, etc.); conducting research, analysis and evaluation of data in response to case-specific legal matters; composing legal briefs, summaries of analyses and decisions, and trial preparation; and mentoring and/or providing training to support legal staff.
