Description We are seeking a helpdesk technician, preferably local to the Columbus, OH area, to join our hybrid team working three days per week onsite. This role operates during core business hours, Monday-Friday (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm EDT). You will gather, document, and perform initial troubleshooting on customer technical issues via phone support, while also managing tickets submitted through the self-service portal and responding to chat requests.
