Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing annual appropriations, monitoring budget execution, preparing budget justifications, and utilizing automated programming systems ( e.g., MP2BET, MPPT, OneNumber, and DBET). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service ( GS-13 ).
