Requirements:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Twenty Four (24) Months Experience developing goals and objectives that align organization and military human resources objectives and establishing policies and procedures. Coordinating, planning, and scheduling with other organization managers and customers. Providing advisory services to battalion and unit commanders concerning the incentives available to their assigned personnel. Ensuring leadership is in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidance to maximize program effectiveness.
