You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training Directorate of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Solving training problems, analyzing and evaluating data, developing alternatives and recommending actions to resolve training program deficiencies. 2) Evaluating assigned programs for overall training effectiveness, including standardization of training, adherence to approved curricula and methods, training safety and instructor documentation/technique and effectiveness. 3) Conducting professional weapons operation and employment, weapons training and demonstrated past performance in applying weapons expertise to evaluation of training programs, practices and safety. 4) Leading or participating in cross-functional team's/staff projects involving Fleet training initiatives, changes in requirements, and implementation of training policies. 5) Performing services, developing products, and taking actions that are technically sound and valid.
