Description:
You will serve as the Senior Inventory Management Specialist responsible to the Supply Officer and Deputy Supply Officer for accountability of Table of Allowance (TOA) equipment and systems. You will serve as the primary point of contact for TOA inventory management. This position is located within the Supply Department (N43) of NAVY EXPEDITIONARY INTELL CMD -NEIC in Virginia Beach, Virginia.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Maintain automated tracking system of equipment, systems, and supplies including the identification of equipment;
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and recording material condition, replacement, and repair requirements through a defined property management plan;
- Assist in the review of systems, equipment, and supplies on-hand, due-in, in-transit, turn-in material, and contingency requirement status of items;
- Research and compute freight weights and cube measurements to satisfy various shipping methods and documentation
completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.M., if related.
