You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS) in the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Department of the Navy of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Using Employee and Labor Relations concepts, principles, laws and regulations to serve as a consultant to management in the areas of Labor and Employee Relations; 2) Assessing potential impact and precedent-setting implications of pending employee/labor disputes; 3) Developing/delivering briefings, status reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings/recommendations; 4) Providing advice and assistance to legal representatives of management in the technical aspects of personnel administration during formal hearings, grievances, and appeals.
