MANAGER

Description:

You will serve as the MANAGER of the Quality Management Division of NSWC PHILA DIV.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
As a professional Engineering Manager with the following experience:
1- Ability to supervise, manage and direct high graded employees to meet the organization's mission, vision and goals;
2- Ability to manage resources (manpower, financial, facilities, materials, etc.) to accomplish the organization's mission;
3- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA), and Systems Engineering processes;
4- Extensive knowledge of the full range of engineering applications that apply to Machinery Systems and Equipment;
5- Ability to analyze and evaluate major program and project activities in order to develop recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
