THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.This National Guard position is for an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC)-Title 5, Position Description Number T58212P1 and is part of the WI 115 FW, Wisconsin Air National Guard.

Requirements:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience, education or training that has provided a basic knowledge of data processing functions and general management principles that enabled the applicant to understand the stages required to automate a work process. Experience may have been gained in work such as computer operator or assistant, computer sales representative, program analyst, or other positions that required the use or adaptation of computer programs and systems.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : To qualify for the GS-2210-11, you must have 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience requiring adaptations of guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment. Candidate must have experience supervising information technology personnel. Experience with program management to include a training program. Able to manage a program effectively and efficiently. Experience in managing and training the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading and assigning work of personnel. Must have the ability to run a program that will be audited at the national level.
