This position is located at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, WI and is organizationally aligned under the Community Care Service. The primary purpose of the work is to provide timely and accurate filing/scanning service to facilitate the compliance with requests for information and reliability of medical information as well as result in delays in coding for third party reimbursement, workload capture, operational and strategic activities, and ultimately, the treatment of Veterans.Requirements:
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 02/13/2026.You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below:
General Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-03 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of general experience would typically include, but are not limited to: clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled.
