This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for adjudicating complex personnel security cases; managing the full range of due process actions, including drafting Statement of Reasons (SOR); interpreting and applying security policies and regulations (e.g., Executive Orders, Intelligence Community Directives); and serving as a technical authority providing guidance on personnel security matters to leadership and other specialists.Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
- Adjudicating complex personnel security cases; managing the full range of due process actions, including drafting Statement of Reasons (SOR); interpreting and applying security policies and regulations (e.g., Executive Orders, Intelligence Community Directives); and serving as a technical authority providing guidance on personnel security matters to leadership and other specialists.
