Requirements:

NO-05:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band NO-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and delegating resources to execute installation projected onboard U.S. Navy surface and/or submarine units; providing project management and/or installation support for delivering shipboard integrated system capabilities; and identifying potential problems related to shipboard maintenance and modernization and making recommendations to correct or mitigate.

NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing resources to execute installation projected onboard U.S. Navy surface and/or submarine units; providing project management and/or installation support for delivering shipboard integrated system capabilities; and identifying potential problems related to shipboard maintenance and modernization.
