You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Security Office, Naval Service Training Command of NSTC GREAT LAKES.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) develops processes to ensure all personnel information security functions meet all command requirements; 2) establishes procedures for processing requests for security clearances for military, civilian, and contractor personnel; 3) oversees matters pertaining to the classification, safeguarding, transmission, and destruction of classified information; and 4) reviews security clearance requests and similar related material for information that adversely reflects on the applicants loyalty or characterAdditional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
