Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Y ou will provide physical security for the premises to ensure the safety and/or welfare of persons on the compound. You will provide appropriate response to breaches in physical security control (e.g) locks, fences, gates and other barriers). You will control compound access to determining identity, purpose of visit, and destination for all personal and visitors. You will deny access to personnel/visitor with authorizationh and proper identification to prevent unathorized access to compound facilities. You will interact with public tactfully to provide assistance to general questions and non-emergency situations.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, tactfully interact with people and prepare incident reports.
