Requirements:

FOR GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial information to formulate a budget and estimates to support plans, resolving command financial transactions; payroll and invoice processing utilizing financial management systems for an organization .

For GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and summarizing financial and budgetary information by conducting searches of local controls and financial regulations to assure funds are not over or under obligated and spent in a timely manner.
