Description:
QA testing with ServiceNow ITOM modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery CMDB and Event Management. Experience testing integrations between ServiceNow and IT infrastructure monitoring tools. Proficiency with ServiceNow ATF JIRA and test management tools. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB data models. Ability to write SQL queries and validate backend data. Familiarity with web services testing (RESTSOAP APIs).
