You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CENTER FOR SERVICE SUPPORT.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Directs the activities of the manpower office, ensuring office complies with legal and regulatory requirements; 2) Applies manpower and organization regulations, directives, and policies for applicability to all service support program changes; 3) Establishes procedures for manpower review, management engineering studies, and commercial activities studies; 4) Provides management advisory services to top level managers concerning program cost analysis, productivity enhancing capital investment programs, outsourcing and privatization studies, work measurement, and engineered studies; 5) Monitors officer and enlisted manning to identify shortfalls, their impact on mission readiness, and provide updates to chain of command to determine mitigation strategies.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
