Strong understanding of business processes and system functionality. Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Required experience in SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar is a plus.
