You will serve as a MATERIALS HANDLER in the Materials Branch (Code 1410.3), of the Business Operations Division (Code 1410), in the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) (Code 1400), at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a detachment of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:

- Ability to read and prepare shipping documents and perform inspections of incoming shipments to check for damage and compliance with technical requirements.
- Ability to operate manual material, handling equipment and forklifts rated at 30,000 lbs. capacity.
- Ability to understand warehousing rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including fork truck operation and vehicles' safety requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and orally and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to log, receipt, track, ship, and perform inventory of materials using a computer.
