Description Supporting the classroom environment. TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with a focus on electronic classroom technical support. In this role, you will ensure student training infrastructure remains fully functional and available, while also managing and configuring Active Directory accounts. You'll play a key role in supporting end users by monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and identifying opportunities to improve a mission-critical network.
