MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Navy, Director, Acquisition Talent Management
(DON DATM),Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) under the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN (RD&A)). In support of DATM, NACC administers the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP). of NACC FIELD OFC.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Knowledge of state-of-the-art human capital or employee developmental program principles; skills in management and organizational principles and practices of organizational command structure; ability to analyze and evaluate methods and techniques in order to provide analysis of critical management issues; knowledge of civilian personnel management principles, practices, procedures, policies and regulations;
