This position is part of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for in planning, preparing and conducting counterintelligence and force protection briefings for DTRA personnel going on and returning from foreign travel. The incumbent will be providing counterintelligence support to arms control treaty missions and activities.Requirements:

Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
You may qualify at the GG -12 , if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Providing counterintelligence and/or force protection briefings
- Conducting research on matters of counterintelligence or force protection concern
- Assisting with providing counterintelligence support to Department of War operations and activities; and/or
- Aiding with counterintelligence assessments on affiliated facilities, infrastructure, and/or programs.
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Providing independent counterintelligence and/or force protection briefings
- Providing counterintelligence support to Department of War operations and activities
- Conducting analysis on matters of counterintelligence or force protection concern; and/or
- Conducting counterintelligence assessments on affiliated facilities, infrastructure, and/or programs.
