Selective Placement Factor: You must have demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint), creating and utilizing dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau, or using standard SQL language for storing, manipulating, and retrieving data. This experience must be documented in your resume. Failure to do so may result in an ineligible rating. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
- Conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes such as production standards, workloads, and appropriate staffing levels.
- Conducting studies and analyzing data of major field functions across program lines and recommending actions to achieve office and/or organizational objectives.
- Coordinating with leadership and team members to ensure consistency with agency standards for data governance, data quality, and data integrity.
- Creating reports for management on program elements and improving efficiency and accuracy of the programs and data.
