SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: GS-0201-12: Must have experience in the following :
- 1-year specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade.
- Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed.
- Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
- Experience of an administrative nature, which involves the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management.
- Experience and ability to plan, direct, and administer force support programs for wing military personnel and associate units.
- Experience and knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of military human resources management and the ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state.
- Experience with programs associated with Base Services such as lodging, fitness, food service programs, recreational and special morale and welfare, etc.
- Experience administering, delivering, maintaining, advising on, and adapting basic concepts, principles, and theories of military HR to the unique organizational, management, and mission requirements of military departments or organizations.
