High school graduate preferred. Ability to make determinations as to priorities, manpower and equipment.

Must possess a valid Virginia State driver's license and be capable of obtaining a government vehicle operator's license for the classification of vehicle to be driven.

Must have current health card.

Two- or three-years of experience in retail food or food service. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the qualifications above.
