About the position: This position will be assigned to the Potomac Lanes, Bowling Center on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C. The primary purpose of this position is to man the customer service desk within the bowling center.The work schedule is flexible with no guaranteed hours but could work up to 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
Experience which provides a basic knowledge and understanding of bowling center operations including the rules related to bowling and organization of leagues and tournaments. Knowledge of bowling machinery and equipment and bowling lane care. Experience in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit or other processing of cash items when this includes direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and possess skill in dealing with the public. Prior experience in basic supply techniques is desirable.
