Direct-Hire Auth (Cyber), PL 118-31, Sec 1250B(i)(2), 12/22/2023This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command, Transportation Command.
Requirements:
You may qualify at the GS GS-13 , if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Experience Providing data science support through statistics, multivariate statistical analysis, machine learning, artificial intelligence, operations research, computer analysis, data management, or data visualization with leading projects or programs.
- Experience using cybersecurity principles, secure software development / acquisition, data security, risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) and specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
B. Degree; Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position.,

C. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience and Qualifications: Your resume must clearly show that you have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
