Description:
You will serve as a MANAGER in the Global Deterrence & Defense Department (GX), Missile Systems Hardware & Test Division (GXW), Systems Engineering Branch (GXWV) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-14 Step 10 (currently $163,514).
Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist providing leadership and technical direction in the management of research, development, test and evaluation, or system integration efforts related to Strategic Missions systems and equipment.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
