This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. The incumbent will be responsible for To assist in the planning, development, integration, and execution of an effective education, evaluation, and exercise program, including integrating joint education training activities across USTRANSCOM for both internal and external audiencesRequirements:
You may qualify at the GS-GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service:
- Plan and develop training programs to include gathering facts, evaluating on/education/training needs, and making adjustments and improvements
- Perform training evaluation and monitor to determine operational effectiveness, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and recommend methods to improve programs.
- Develop effective training programs with theories, principals, and procedures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
