Description:

About the Position: This position serves as an Administrative Officer that assists in the operation of the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) by performing administrative functions such as budget, records management, travel, reports control, supply, training, personnel, awards, and performance management.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) managing an automated performance evaluation system 2) reviewing correspondence, briefing slides, and related materials within an organization 3) assisting with the plans for organizational structure, staffing of personnel, budget, and training requirements within an organization.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
