Requirements 8 or more years of experience in full-stack development using Java Spring Boot and Angular 14 or higher. Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS integrations including Maps API for JavaScript and ArcSDE geoprocessing services. Experience in Azure Kubernetes Service, API Management, and Docker containerization. Experience with PostgreSQL and PostGIS for spatial data design and reporting layers. Experience in Power BI enterprise dashboard creation and data integration. Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA
