What is Expected: In-depth knowledge of SSO integration patterns (not just basic Okta/Ping experience). Ability to distinguish between application issues vs SSO issues. Strong troubleshooting skills for protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC. Good communication skills for interacting with leaders and application teams.
