Description:
You will serve as an Engineer or Scientist in the Electro-Optics Technology DDM Branch (LXND), Electro-Optics Technology Division (LXN), Sensor Integration & Technology Department (LX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.The ND-05 encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14/15.
Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist providing technical oversight and leadership in test and evaluation, integration, or upgrading warfare technology (e.g. electro-optic; infrared; laser) system requirements to meet validation and transition objectives for weapons programs.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
